This comfortable house with its beautiful lattice fence and stained brown cedar color will sit nicely on the deck or balcony of your home. The steps along the side of the house lead to a roof-top balcony where your cat can sunbathe and play. Raised bottom keeps interior dry.
- Assembled exterior size is 21”D x 29”W x 26”H.
- Interior size is 18” square x 14”H.
- Door is 9” W x 11”H.
- Wood is kiln dried and treated with natural color stain.
- May be re-stained like any other wood.
Comes in panels; easy-to-follow instructions and hardware are included. Assembly time, approximately 20-30 minutes. Requires only a Phillips-head screwdriver (not included).
Warranted for 1 year, under normal use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
