Lace Harness Dress

Springtime favorite! Beautiful cotton harness dress in three color options with ruffled skirt and Velcro closure at neck and girth for a perfect fit. Not only stylish, but functional, as well. All lace harness dresses are made of cotton fabric. The pink and the leopard lace dresses have lace details, while the yellow and pink dress has a ruffle skirt and fold-down collar wings. Both the yellow/pink and the pink dresses have flower detailing down the back.

Did you know? Many cats will walk on a leash, but that leash has to be attached to a harness, so it doesn’t choke him and is not as easy for him to slip out of it. Getting used to wearing a harness will take your cat a little time. When I put one on my first cat, he flopped over and acted like he couldn’t walk. Then he rolled all around, trying to take it off. So it provided a little entertainment value for me, too! But soon he was happy when I’d put it on him because he knew that meant he was going to go outside. Wonderful outside, where he wanted to be! And if you have to go through such an adjustment, is there a better reason than a cute little outfit like this?!

Be aware that walking a cat is not like walking a dog; your cat is not going to trot alongside you while you jog or walk to get exercise. “Walking a cat” is really more like “standing with a cat”, as he’ll want to sniff every inch of grass; you’ll probably see his mouth hanging open a little as he uses his Jacobsen’s organ to “taste” the air rising from the ground. But that quality time you spend together is of great importance; use it to relax and shed some of the stress from your own day, and you’ll come to look forward to it as much as kitty does!
