Ear Dr. contains a blend of natural, herbal ingredients in a medicinal olive oil base, all specially selected to support the health of the skin and structures inside the ear. Your cat's ears contain certain amounts of wax and a variety of flora (e.g., yeast and helpful bacteria) to keep the ears clean and free of infection. But a weakened immune system or exposure to toxins and chemicals in our environment can weaken this balance. if your cat shakes her head and ears, scratches or rubs at her ears, this could indicate a problem. If you notice a discharge or odor from the ears, consult your vet, as infection may have already set in.
Ear Dr. contains the following 100% natural ingredients: Tea tree oil (melaleuca alternifolia), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinale), Marigold (Calendula officinalis), Mullein flower (Verbascum thapsus).
To use, drop 2-3 drops in the ear canal and massage gently to spread the oil into the ear canal. Repeat 2-3 times daily for at least 7-10 days. Re-apply at the first sign of any re-infection. You may repeat the procedure 1-2 times weekly as a maintenance dose.
